My (IRL) friend Elyse runs a blog which I love! This is it: Burnt My Tongue. She likes basically all the same stuff as I do (musical theatre, Harry Potter, Jennifer Lawrence, most of the big fandoms, etc.), except she’s not a vlogger and we know each other from the real world.
Another one of my IRL friends, Srda (pronounced Sir-ja) runs a really nice blog with pretty boys and musical theatre and hipster-y delights. This is his blog: Srda.
And Little Texts is one of my absolute favorite blogs!
Also, possibly my favorite blog on all of tumblr is KayleeCommon’s blog. You might follow her because she’s from the Internet, but she’s seriously hilarious: KayleeMB!

This is just a nicely worded question, thanks!
Basically, I always talked a lot of game about how I wanted to video blog for me and how I didn’t care what other people thought, but it wasn’t true. I was still trying to do what people wanted me to do, which just made me unhappy and it made me never want to vlog. I was functioning under a “the customer is always right” mindset. But then I realized, you guys aren’t customers, because that would make me a business and the last thing I want to do is sell myself.
So now I’m just kind of telling stories and chilling out and enjoying it. I really like what I’m doing and I can make a lot more videos now that I don’t hate it.

And also, I don’t think I’ve ever said anything about people creeping on the Internet. Yeah, I hated dirtyvloggerconfessions, but I maintain that fanfiction is pretty funny and as long as you are not sending offensive things directly to people or being blatantly rude/sexual to vloggers you don’t know, then do what you want.
I don’t think I’ve ever actually made Vondell feel uncomfortable. So. I think everything here is good, yeah?

I have thus far signed two Harry Potter books in my life and nothing feels quite as surreal. <3
My 7 year old sister genuinely just said, “you’re the coolest person ever!”
And now I’m really worried she’s going to grow up with the assumption that I am cool and that behaving like me will in turn make her cool and that is just all wrong on so many levels.
